Questions and Answers
Plain answers from the Frontier Press team
What makes a story newsworthy?
Novelty, consequence and proximity: something new, that affects people, close to the reader. A release that can answer all three in its first two sentences stands a far better chance of being used.
Can you distribute a release we wrote?
Yes, after a plain review for accuracy and news value. Where a draft needs work the team will say so and offer a rewrite, because sending a weak release harms the next one.
